If only I had this book My Beautiful Mommy when I was a youthful spring chicken, I may have grown with a less traumatized soul. It is a “book that helps kids cope with mommy’s plastic surgery” and without such an aid, I was lost, so lost.

In my household, we were taught to keep our foreheads motionless when we spoke, to spare ourselves the need for Botox later in life. For the many families who overlook such simple steps in pediatric discipline, surgery is often the only answer. It’s only fitting that someone has written a book to help their children. Hopefully the book also teaches them to end the rhinoplastic cycle.
