Pulliam himself recommends Style: Toward Clarity and Grace by Joseph Williams.
Now unless Joachim is trying to get your goat, he clearly didn’t read the article in the first place.

heh, indeed. Stark and White provides the 101 and even then, it is not so useful. Toward Clarity and Grace is nothing but the bomb.
